FNB Law On Call

I am not happy with fnb law on call at all.

I brought labour issue regarding a contract but the person on the phone just tells me I signed and it's legal, without even doing research on the matter and finding similar cases. This is not the first time I experience this, I don't know if I'm speaking to lawyers or call center agents because the advice I get from them I can get from anyone without paying for it. I really don't know what I'm paying for.
