FNB Law-On-Call
I have been a member of Law on call for over a year now, and the first time I need assistance, I don't get help, instead, the person who is supposed to help me with my rental problem tells me to contact the Rental Housing Tribunal. Exactly what am I paying for then? If when I need legal help I am told to go consult elsewhere?
This product is essentially useless then, if all they do is refer you elsewhere (which I could've Googled myself without paying R75 a month) instead of being helpful and helping with my legal issue. I'd like the services I was promised when I took this product, because I pay monthly, without fault!
