FNB LAW ON CALL

Extremely unhappy with the service from law on call I have placed two matters in the hands of so called helpful, well trained lawyers. Which was a waste of time and money. First Claim motor vehicle accident, called my lawyer for assistance to recover money from the person that knocked into my vehicle. He stated I must do this in small claims court they do not handle it. I ended up leaving that matter and did the repairs with my own money. Second claim my vehicle which is under warranty. Had a problem with the dealership key delta being pushed around for over a month trying to solve this issue to date no feed back from law on call Moja who is handling my case is rude and his unprofessional manner in which he speaks not sure if it is to all clients but was to me.he stated that he can not do anything I should go to the ombudsman. Which is nonsense. Then why have a lawyer if they just going to push me seek help on my own from outside sources. Disappointing service. My advice don't ever get this police and if you do move away they are of no help.
