FNB law on call

Im listed under debt review without my knowledge I don't even know by which company , so since I have law on call from FNB I thought I was gonna be assisted since I'm going through this situation I don't even know what to do cause all my facilities are blocked , but the lady that phoned me from FNB law we didn't even speak for 5 min when I tried to explain to her as soon as she heard the word debt review she said *unfortunately* there's nothing that can be done u have to pay and once you done they will credit you with a certificate, and she said thank you bye .. right that moment got an SMS that my case has been closed, what is the reason of joining this FNB law with they not even willing to help their clients 😡😡😡
