FNB LAW ON BUSINESS CALL ****MERS,STAY AWAY.

I have a FNB LAW ON CALL BUSINESS Policy, First when I took out the policy the lady told me I have access to a lawyer who will represent me.i paid my policy and after sometime I had a business matter where I needed a representative.i called FNB and to my suprize I was told I do not have access to a lawyer but advise only as the policy assigned to me even after I emphasize when taking out the policy that I needed a policy that will give me access to a lawyer.

The lady then advised me to upgrade to a higher premium which I did.Now they assigned a lawyer to represent me for a matter I had.

While the lawyer was busy with the matter and requested FNB to authorise him to further continue with the matter FNB came up with different stories and refused.mind you my policy is still activate at this stage and they debit my account.

I tried to relate my frustration to them on top of all the frustration I already have relating to the matter.Now FNB made a u-turn and doesn't want to tell the same lawyer that they have authorise to proceed as a results I am left all alone with a legal matter thats now at urgent stage.

Stay away from this FNB ****,THEY ARE A BIG **** and ****s.
