Fnb Law for all pathetic service
Fnb law on call is pathetic,I ordered flowers through Netflorist and paid for them the florist did not deliver,I called law on call and yet again looked for loop holes stating that I must go to small claims court,I requested the lawyer to write an email to Netflorist and she seemed uninterested and when I requested that the letter be sent today,she stated that it will be sent in 48 hours...for a short letter of demand...pathetic service I will be canceling and joining the legal assistance policy with Nedbank,stay away from FNB law for all people they only take your money

15 Feb 2022, 13:41So fnb contacts me with regards to my complaint and demand I confirm my details or they can't assist me,eventhough they called me,on my cell number and I confirmed that I am Kreban Govender,my ID number as well as my cell number is on the hello peter complaint I wrote,why is fnb so dumb and lack of customer service,who did they think they were calling...I am going to lodge a complaint soon with the relevant oversight body
