<p>Hi fnb.its me again,and NO !!! i am not going to go away till you decide to pay my money that you owe me.You have also had various people try to negotiate with me from your different departments with the last one namely a mr r salamaan who claimed he expedites queries he handles.well so much for competent staff when i tried to call him i got through to a call centre.i suppose this is how serious and substantial claims are handled at fnb.your representative so kindly asked us not to go the path of litigation as he would be sure the matter would be resolved.as yet after 3 weeks we have to yet have communication from fnb regarding this matter which i reiterate was a high court decision in 1995.we started communication in 2016 as regards compensation for your wrongful and erroneous decision to attach and sell off my property fixed and movable in a matter which i had no part of.this was performed so speedily,yet," when the shoe is on the other foot",fnb drags the matter sending it from pillar to post.But this so typical when one deals with corporates.The" David and Goliath" scenario or typical of whats happening at present following in the footsteps of certain sectors of our present government who disregards judicial decisions as a yardstick to act on.I also salute and thank hello peter for guiding me to keep readers and other interested parties on par as to what is happening regarding this matter as fnb has attempted and have on 2 occasions had my comments removed.</p>
