FNB Laudium - Poor Service from Caroline

FNB Laudium- Absolutely pathetic service from Caroline My Daughter went to collect her Student bank card which was supposed to be ready today. on getting there we find out that Caroline did not even open the account let alone order the card. She waited another 40 min for Caroline to do what she was supposed to do last week when we spent an hour with her to open the account. We have wasted many hours in this branch as the staff need to have a conference before doing even the most basic tasks.

The entire team at this branch needs to be replaced with competent people. Disgusted!!!!
