FNB late estate ****

This is probably my second review on the FNB situations we have faced. It's been 6months now since my mother has passed on, went the first time to FNB for closure of account and estate late proceedings, they didn't even send in the necessary documents, here I am waiting 31days as I was told thinking all is well until it's now more than 31days and still nothing only to find out I have to wait another 31days for the payout lol. Here I am again being told that the person handling this matter is overseas or whatever I was told, probably been calling for more than 2months now just for a simple payout. Bare in mind it's way over 31days and that's just how FNB treats its customers but when it comes to them deducting money for the estate account, it's every month without fail. It's disappointing, saddening and unbelievable how they handle such cases
