FNB Late Estate Closure - HEARTLESS!!!

It has been 2 years since my mom's passing and to this day the Estate has not been finalised and the process is just been dragged and costs will obviously keep on incurring. FNB has shown to be heartless in this whole process and unable to give clarification on the process and the steps thereof. Today I reached my wits end when I asked Marise Rudlin to give me an estimated date of when the process will be finalised. Her response - was merely a brochure which did not answer my question - which in my view is antagonistic and uncaring. The brochure did not answer my question - merely showing me that I need to adhere to low service, an uncaring attitude towards someone who would like to close off the most difficult time anyone can face. The question still stands - when will this be closed? I am tired of being reminded of the death of my mother.
