FNB - late estate

FNB has failed to release the funds on the late estate of my late grandmother to my grandfather. My grandfather submitted all required documents and the funds from her policy were paid into the late estate bank account on the 19th of December and to this day my grandfather cannot assess the funds. The stipulated verification period has long passed and fnb has filed to do the right thing and the funds are still frozen. He has made countless calls and is still not being assisted. Even went to visit a branch and they could not explain why the funds were not released as all that was required was submitted.It is hard enough that this man has lost his wife , now he must suffer and be given the run around to access funds that he needs.

Really disappointed , people must never open late estate accounts with this bank!
