FNB last chance

I am so heart broken and disappointed with FNB, as an smme in south Africa its not easy to survive and would think that FNB as one of the banks that actually support smmes would be able to assist, so I opened a business account in 2020 and although jobs where scars I was able to maintain my account however this year around July I lost my phone and was unable to monitor my account, now I have a payment pending from manucipality and my account has been closed, I was told that it's the managers discretion weather he or she authorizes the account to be re opened or closed, I acknowledge the fact that it's my responsibility to maintain the account and I didn't, but they want me to open another account for this payment to be made, it's too much admin and my payment can take another 6months, I explained to the consultant that I would have to go to Sars, cipc, Csd etc to change banking details, I plead with FNB to please hear my cry, and re open this account for me on order to be paid and promise to maintain the account since I was told that it's the branch managers discretion
