FNB laptop double payments

there are 2 debit payments taken off for my laptop, lats month and this month i am trying to get assistance form your call center agents but they are simply useless Agent 1 transferred me Agent 2 put me on hold fro 20 mons agents 3 Busisiwe was chewing and just not answering me when i soke to her agent 4 transferred me system issues agent 5 transferred me cannot check laptop can someone GET back to me asap *** ***1****3
