FNB LAPTOP

I bought a laptop from FNB online. I later found out that the laptop is a chromebook which does not support most applications that I use for my studies so I decided to return the laptop within 7 days. I sent them photos of the laptop, nothing was damaged, from there courier guys came to pick up the laptop. After 3 days I received an email and phone call telling me that the laptop screen is damaged I disputed the matter telling them that when I returned the laptop it had no damage, they told me that the manager will call me back for follow ups but I received no phone call for over a month. The next thing I know FNB had taken money from my account for the damages and a laptop that i dont have. I'm completely not happy with the way the matter was handled because there was no agreement reached for any payment of the damages, they just decided to deduct the money without my consent.
