FNB Langanhoven Park Bloemfontein Unproffesional

Highly unprofessional and disregard peoples time and efforts. I did a credit application online and went to the branch at Langanhoven Park in Bloemfontein where l submitted the required documents to a lady called Siphiwe Hinana who never bothered to act on them. I even drove again to the bank and she assured me she will act on them. A week later l followed up with credit card division only to be told that the bank never acted on my documents. Highly disappointing that an FNB branch can be so unprofessional and literally wasted my time and petrol.
