FNB lands you into DEBT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I recently contacted FNB to consolidate my existing loans with other banks. They made an offer to settle my loan with Absa which I accepted. I just received a statement from Absa with a balance outstanding that was not settled by FNB, which means I now have 2 loans that I have to pay for at end of this month which I cannot afford. The staff assisting me with this is hopeless, I have had no resolution since and my time is running out, the names are Vinolen Moodley, Mpilo Mdluli. They are now passing the buck over to me, that it is my responsibility to check the right amount was settled and a settlement letter was received, but how would I have done this when no one asked me to request a settlement letter and further more I received the debt recon letter from FNB after the already settled with ABSA, so really????
