FNB Lakeside Mall - Excellent Service !!!

I recently opened accounts with FNB and I am totally impressed with the efficiency of their staff...from the initial online request to contact me to open an account, ie. they called me 1 minute after I logged an online request for a callback, through to completing the necessary to get the accounts opened whilst on the phone with me and then the arrangements of delivery of the relevant cards for the accounts. I then proceeded to collect the cards from FNB Lakeside Mall on Saturday 28 August 2023 and once again I received absolutely amazing service at the entrance whereby the lady gave me a ticket number and also advised me of the estimated waiting time and offered a free wifi connection to use whilst waiting, then proceeding to a counter and welcoming you to the branch, this time by Xoliseka who was super efficient and friendly, taking care of what I needed to be done. Thank you guys...keep up the awesome service!!!
