FNB ladysmith should close down

my account is being debited R5000 every hour! went to fnb ladysmith to enquire - first the rude ****** attendant does not understand english (but converses perfectly with the indian on the floor in english) then they say they see nothing wrong on my account except that i withdrew all my money from this account, then they cant get hold of the ***** line as their phones dont work then they refuse to close this account and create a new account as i request because they cant close and open a new account for the same person - nee FNB na amper 30 jaar wat ek by julle bank!
