FNB Ladysmith - A Useless Branch

I visited the Ladysmith branch for change of director for my business on 9/2/2022 after having tried the telephone route for close to a month and never got any assistance instead I was told I need to come back in March for an appointment. I think this is the most useless branch ever, now I can't even withdraw money because I must come with proof of payment of the funds into my account. This is just madness!!
