FNB Lacks heart and Compassion for the elderly

My 69 year old mother Yvonne Trooi Jood , a single woman who has given 35 years of her life to work as a nurse bought her house in the late 80’s and has been paying her bond faithfully every month. She took ill and had to undergo a number of operations and as a result was medically boarded. With no income and only a sassa grant from government she has continued to pay on her bond albeit not the requested monthly amount. She reached out to FNB to make arrangements and was directed to do an application to FNB Home loans special arrangements. She sent an email along with all the completed application forms and all supporting documents to *** Having supp**** all the proof and explained her situation the application was unsuccessful and referred back to the bank. This has been an ongoing process that has been very stressful for my mother and has put great stress on her already deteriorating condition. She stands to loose her house simply because FNB lacks heart and sympathy for a woman who worked so hard as a single woman to put a roof over hers and her children’s head and was a good paying customer until she fell ill which was beyond her control. We are still waiting for FNB to make contact with my mother.
