Fnb lacking communication skills

Communicating with fnb via email or even calls just know if you have a problem forget rather ho to their branches. Calls get answered after 10minutes of calling, being transferred to the right person to talk to you put on hold for another 5 minutes. Why do they think we live a life where we are swimming in airtime vouchers. Do better with your communication skills and attending to your customers
