FNB Lack of Urgency - Business Banking ***** Evidence

I have previously submitted the dismal service from FNB regarding my hijacked business account and urgent evidence required from the Forensic Investigator for my pending case. There has been no further feedback since the 5 June 2025 saying that they are investigating. As the sole director of the company, I was neglected to be included and rightfully sent a copy of the correspondence at the onset and full disclosure of all findings. This finding provides clarity on the matter and affirms my rights as per the documentation on record. The lack of urgency from FNB erodes the trust and transparency in providing secure services for businesses that needs to be taken into consideration.
