FNB LACK OF TRANSPARENCY

We bought a property in execution at sheriff auction of which has now become Subject of legal tussle between FNB and the person whom it was repossessed from. The lawyers of this person have started legal proceedings to stop the transfer to us. We don't have clear understanding of what the person is challenging the bank about only FNB knows. Despite numerous requests to obtain clear information about what is happening, FNB has not disclosed it. FNB wants us to pay up and continue with the transfer even though they have received communication from the person lawyers about their intentions to go legal on the matter. The FNB lawyers have now threatened to terminate the transfer and of course charge us penalties of which is unfair. We need FNB to be transparent and engage us before transfer is effected.
