FNB -lack of security measures iro *****

My phone was ****** 30/8, I blocked my apple ID, cards and felt I done what I could with the resources I had at hand, seeing my phone was ******.

The perpetrators got onto my banking app, which I only accessed with biometric and cleared out all my accounts, even my ebucks, created virtual cards four of them on my credit card and took out a loan of R180k.

According to FNB when they realised there was abnormal spending and my spending pattern was not the norm they made an effort by placing a notification on the app and this was approved by the predictors. No calls no blocking of accounts. I have seen posts where there has been suspicious activities and FNB immediately stopped the transactions, how is my case any different!

The loan was a consolidated loan, two creditors paid out a total of R19k and FNB want me to pay back R29k, and they patronise me by throwing in that there is no interest that will be charged!

In all the ***** was R124k, as a loyal customer they want to offer me less than 10%, and the offer states in a nice manner that if I accept I may not in any form discuss or publicise the offer. As if they paying me to keep my mouth shut.

There is no support and care for customers, they treat you like the ********.
