FNB lack of response

I posted an earlier review on FNB in relation to their response/assessment of my social business's COVID-19 SMME loan. FNB responded within the hour that they would be in touch to further assess and provide support. Three weeks later I have not heard anything from FNB. Thank you FNB for your exceptional support during COVID-19. (Uhm that is sarcasm, just in case FNB misses it)
