FNB lack of client service
Trying to close my credit card since Nov 18, went to Waterfall, Hillcrest branch and filled in forms, they stated that the R1200 I still owe they will just debit from my cheque account and then end Nov 18 account still open. Thus had to pay another month fees. Then I settled the account and called them, they assured me it will now be closed but it is almost Christmas and still not closed. What must I do to close a credit card and get FNB corporation.
