FNB labour practice
I had a credit card with FNB in 2014, after realising that their claim has prescribed they decided to update my credit record as if I missed payment this year. FNB must stop this ******** practice . To make it worse when I called the lady who said she is from their legal department she was very rude towards me. This is unacceptable to say the least and I will not take this lying down.

03 Feb 2021, 18:39I really have a problem it reflect on the credit score that I owe the bank a personal loan opened in 31 may 2018,I want to place it on record I have no knowledge of such,if you have proof may I be furnished with proof of the signed contract in 2018 in which branch,statement of accounts.
To my suprise I’m indebted to FNB for a credit card I took in 2014 and being a bad payer you allowed myself to take another loan with you its doesn’t make sense.
As a matter of urgency kindly provide proof of these contracts and should you fail to provide same in less than 24 hours I’m taking legal action as this affects my credit record.

05 Feb 2021, 07:17I was contacted by FNB yesterday in the morning and they promised to get back to me at 11 am but they never called till now,may they kindly treat this matter as a matter of urgency,my life is on hold because of the record that reflects on credit score by FNB,why are they failing to do the right thing and remove my name I have never from 2016 till 2021 took any contract with them .
