I struggled for about 2 weeks to get an account restriction lifted. I have sent through all the required documents. This morning I phoned and spoke to Aby Paul from the KYC Dept and the restriction was lifted. This all took about 10 min. Paul, thank you for your patience, kindness and just overall customer care.
