FNB KYC department has the best jobs out there.

FNB KYC department must have the best jobs out there. I opened a new cheque account with FNB, they were very fast to deliver my card via courier but that is where it stopped. I got an SMS to send my proof of residence and ID for FICA purposes. I did that. After this i phoned FNB and got told that my card can simply be activated via an ATM by inserting the temporary pin. I did try that and it did not work, i phoned FNB again today and got referred to the KYC department which quite frankly don't play a role in getting my card activated as they never answer their phones. This service is pathetic.
