FNB KYC Compliance issue

I keep getting emails from FNB saying I need to update my KYC information, or my account access will be restricted.

I've rep**** to the email, to ask how I can update my KYC info. They just ignore the email and send new threats.

So looks like I'm going to have to phone the bank now, or go into a branch.

I shouldn't have to do this. I should be able to do this on my online banking.
