FNB KYC BUSINESS FULFILMENT STOPING ME FROM OPENING AN ACCOUNT

FNB KYC BUSINESS FULFILMENT you are a disappointment. Your consultants do not even meet a standard of working in a banking institution. Moreover, the business section. I am very disappointed.

I gave FNB an instruction to add a limited function card for my COO, ON THE 9TH AUGUST 2021. FNB sent me documents to complete as an administrator, which I did and submitted the documents of an additional person(i.e ID copy and Proof of Address). Amazingly FNB did not open or add the additional card citing that my COO failed verification because she provided a wrong residential address.

I lodged a complaint about this transpirations through Hellopeter because it did not make sense to me for FNB to say a person's Residential address is wrong. I was given a reference number (***NF) on Saturday the 14th August 2021. Amazingly on Monday 16th August 2021 I received an email from FNB KYC department, requesting the same documents I had already submitted, this time for another business of mine, not the one I gave instructions to add an account. I alerted FNB that I never gave instruction for my second business.

On Wednesday, the 18th of August I received an email that the information for my COO has been updated and she will be called for verification.

Today, the 21st August, is Saturday and FNB has not verified the additional member. THIS IS FRUSTRATING. A big institution like this is failing just to open an additional account.

- I now regret trusting FNB with my business. FNB failed me.

There is a consultant by the name of MARGO. I wonder if this person knows what he/she is doing.

- I THINK I SHOULD JUST START THE PROCESS OF TAKING ALL MY BUSINESSES ACCOUNTS TO OTHER BANKS. THEY MIGHT BE HELPFUL BECAUSE FNB DOES NOT KNOW HOW CAN THEY HELP CLIENTS.

I rest my case
