FNB - KYC

I am very very frustrated with the service. I was told to send proof of residence as well as copy of my ID as I did to the relevant email address, I got a responce saying: "Dear Customer, Thank you for your email, FNB Credit Card will action the request accordingly." that was on 16 November I then followed up on 18 November, called the number on the email and spoke to someone that said they did not recive the documents why was I not notified??? I sent through the documents again to the assistants email. I then followed up on 21 November and no one has received anything.. this is now a week with out any money as my accounts are on hold. I then followed up today 23 November and same story, I have now sent several emails with the documents to several different emails with no avail. My accounts have been on hold for over a week now and I am just not getting any service from you guys!

This is HIGHLY frustrating and not at all happy with the service.
