FNB KURUMAN DONT KNOW WHAT THEY TALKING ABOUT

I would like to know how can one branch say something and another something else. I opened an Trust account for my property franchise, the PPRA wants the Bank letter to be stamped and signed and state that the trust account has been opened iro section 54(1) of the PPA 22/2019. KURUMAN Branch say no the cant! While all the other branches I other cities said theirs is done that way! I'm sick and fed-up with this Kuruman Branch that don't know what is going on in their own branch. I need assistance ASAP to get my FFC and start trading!!
