FNB - Kululacard - stay away

I had a credit card with FNB via KululaCard. This has been cancelled on the 2020/07/30. I was notified that the account was cancelled and that there is excess funds in the account.

I then noticed that a debit order keeps on going off. I queried it. These funds were returned to me and I blocked any future debit orders.

Now FNB sends me an SMS saying I am given over to pre-legal for outstanding funds. I have been trying to contact them, and on the phone for more than 10minites. Really disappointed with the way this is being handled, and that the admin processes can be so bad.
