Fnb - Kulula Credit Card - Waiting

Good day, app**** for a kulula credit card, got approved, now to finalise need to send the documents, email address on application keeps coming back, went to visit your fnb branch to ask for assistance with no help , please assist. Not going to fax all these documents!
