FNB / Kulula - Credit card team is a joke!

I have had a Kulula card for years. It was always reflective on my FNB profile, and when I used to make payments it as vi inter account transfer. Sometime over the last 2 years, the account was no longer on my profile. I do not have a valid card number, I have tried for months and months to get a statement on the card, as well as the account number to make a payment to no avail. I get sent from pillar to post when calling. I get calls from Lawyers who are also not able to provide me with a statement despite phoning me almost daily. Its ridiculous!
