FNB Kulula Credit card FICA issue

I recently had my Kulula Credit Card locked, apparently because I was not FICA compliant. I contacted Kulula Credit Card Division and was told to email ********** and to send them copies of my address and ID document to have my card unlocked. I did that and still haven't had a reply from FNB and its now more than a week ago. My card is still locked. I repeatedly phoned Kulula and FNB, but was shoved from pillar to post which resulted in a huge telephone bill on my part. Kulula instructed me to contact FNB KYC centre, which I did. FNB told me that I must deal with Kulula Credit Card directly. On every occasion I was put on hold and put through to other people. On one occasion I spent over an hour on the phone, explaining to several people what my problem was. It seems that no one could assist me, or they simply wanted to just pass the buck on to someone else. Their telephone system is not user friendly because if you get cut off, then you have to go through the whole painful process again. The issue is still not resolved. My card is still locked and I'm unable to use it. I don't know where else to turn to. I'm a good customer and I feel like my business with them is not appreciated.
