Slow and terrible client service. Ever since the bank moved locations, their service has gone downhill. I’ve been with the bank for many years, and things have only worsened since the move.

I was recently informed to collect my bank card. You’re told to open the FNB app and activate the card there. Now you end up waiting forever for a consultant just to go through a filing system to fetch it.

What has happened to good service these days?
