Pathetic service. My grandfather wanted to open an account at FNB because I have such a wonderful experience with FNB. He went to FNB about 3 weeks ago and waited for almost 4 hours before anyone started to assist. They told him to come back the next day at 8 AM. After going back they said they can not help him now, he must come back today the 18th of september. Today he went back and the staff was not willing to help at all. He now opened an account with Capitec where the staff was friendly and eager to help.

I call out FNB to sort this out. You are losing business.
