FNB Klerksdorp service terrible - imagine paying R 18 for Efts and they dont change the package for months

I asked my wife to open her business account with FNB. The consultant in Klerksdorp opened it on a high tariff.

She is paying R 18 for EFTS and does many. I have asked them to change it to a different packafe 2 months ago no one has.

Wish i didnt recommend FNB to her.

I have most of my business accounts with ABSA and their personal banker service is amazing. FNB's in Klerksdorp dont give a damn and respond to emails.
