I visited Fnb King William's Town and was assisted by nqabisa,now let it be noted that as an elderly what I had gone through had traumatised me cause my phone with an app had been ****** I was worried about everything including my money the respect and the kindness this child gave me not only put me at ease but she made sure not to rush me while sorting everything out, every step of the process was explained before so that by the time we did what we needed I was aware she brought a calmness to a situation that was starting to take a toll on me and being given the type of service that shows humanity you could tell a lot.
