FNB Killing Small Businesses!!!

FNB is the worst bank that has ever made me so angry that it brings the ugly out of me. I have never come across such ***********'s, useless uselessness. Any issue anybody has they refer you to the app because then they do not have to deal with the issue at hand. Imagine FNB taking over the national deal from Absa for government fleet cards issuing thousand's of cards only to realize that due to there incompetence they bit of more than they can chew. All cards are expired when swiped, when you phone for authorization they tell you many different reasons. One in particular that the reason is we don't bank with FNB, another excuse is the government officials need to activate the cards. Imagine your loyal FNB clients go to n filling station for fuel only to be waiting 6 hours for authorization and then be told that they need to supply engine numbers. Then we as a fuel station needs to fill in documents to acquire a FNB terminal in order to have these cards authorized. then if you are lucky and have all the business details and requirements you might get the payment in 5 working days. They are killing small businesses, what does that do to any business cash flow?? Guess I should not be surprised because as individuals they did the same with there so called Covid relive fund, killing the average person slowly by putting him further into debt because they are the only bank forcing there clientele to take a loan on a loan. all other financial institutes offered payment holidays, not FNB they would rather capitalize on the weak individuals and force them as they did. Oh! if you have complaint the app is available for you speak to the app they are so welcoming to assist with any queries you might have #bull****! When you do get hold of a person they are so arrogant and rude that you end up wasting your airtime, your time, your money, your cash flow. They have no regard as to you as an person or business because they think they have the monopoly!!
