FNB Killarney

Went to the FNB Killarney Branch today to get a guarantee letter. Not one person in that branch knows what I am talking about. I had to endure a very unhelpful lady at the door who did not want to assist me, yet she is the face of your branch welcoming clients. I eventually got some assistance from Bennet who tried to help me to the best of his ability, which I truly appreciate. Unfortunately your relationship banker could not even assist, instead he is walking around with an attitude when asked a question about the guarantee letter. I don't understand how it is possible that no one in the Killarney Branch knows how to do this letter or that something like that is even offered to clients by FNB. I spent an hour speaking to consultants over the phone in different departments and even they could not help me. So FNB has failed me yet again. Time to change I guess

I received a call today to be told that I need to pay for FNB as my bank just to do a letter to state that I will be paying an amount over to another account. Why must I pay R1800 just for a simple letter to be written? Why must i also pay R370 for it to be delivered. I went to your FNB Killarney branch yesterday, wasted my petrol driving there and back, because no one knew what a guarantee LETTER was. I don't need the bank to do any transactions on my behalf, all I require is a simple letter for me to send to the lawyers. This is delaying my whole process of purchasing a property, and Now i must pay R1800 for a letter, and delivery for R370? I as the client have been so inconvenienced and yet i must pay the price. I AM NOT HAPPY WITH FNB SERVICES!
