Fnb kicks you when you down

The worst bank in the entire World. Recently my store was looted and FNB stated that they would replace the speedpoint machine at no charge, however, they charged me for a new unit.

They refuse to help and they always have some excuse about they need someone to authorize the reversal transaction, yet it's amazing how they never need an authorization to take your money.

Perhaps they need a new logo and mission statement
