We went to visit FNB KG mall branch to open our stokvel account and we were told that we need to edit our minutes and come back, however the branch manager by the name of Naume came from the back and we told her we can not come back, she offered to re-type our minutes for us so we do not have to come back. Indeed she did it for us and we managed to open the account. I have never came across such a selfless and caring person, she even helped the consultant to open thr account and the whole process
