FNB Key WEST - Terrible Branch Manager

Fnb KEYWEST sends me a message every day for the last 2 weeks to collect my new debit Card, I went there and joined the line outside, So keep in mind, I have Children that I dropped off of extra class... I was outside FNB for 30 min with out any body moving one foot forward. Irritated with the services, I requested to speak to the Branch Manager.. I mean just to collect a card. So this lady came out and immediately I could see her being rude. Yes I understand COVID, but are we not in stage one? There were 3 people inside the bank, and then the people outside the bank not practicing social distancing at all. What's the use then?? This branch manager of Key West, Well I just want to thank you for being the most unprofessional Branch manager I know, talking in a language that I do not understand (About me) and the wort Brach manager that I have ever met in my life, I'm sure you do not even have a degree, and I am very serious about closing all my accounts with FNB just because of this lady being so rude and unprofessional. Really FNB KEYWEST, can you not appoint some one with some proper Customer service background? I am very disappointed in FNB, and i will never recommend FNB again to any one. SAT AWAY FROM KEY WEST FNB... VERY BAD SERVICE !!!!! If i treat my clients like you treated me, I will definitely get fired... I hope FNB does some thing about this.
