FNB Kempton Park and Online are Terrible ans the worse

This is the worse customer service ever .

Callled FNB to request for settlement amount on my credit card account , got a run around until i complained and someone called and told me the amount and indicated that i go to the branch for assistance .

Now I am at the branch , been running around consultants now on my third chair and still no assistance and I told i can not deposit. If I can not deposit at FNB branch then where else . This is terrible .

All i want is the account settled and closed, a settlement and closure confirmation send to me and then ITC updated .

How do you even win most valuable brand with such terrible service.
