FNB KEEPS YOUR MONEY BUT DOESNT WANT TO GIVE IT BACK

since 2022 I've been trying to get my easy account access. it's pledged for ***** done in 2022 where I am the victim. an FNB staff member was responsible for everything and has been dismissed and yet they tell me the case is ongoing or i get sent from pillar to post via the phone which they seem to hardly answer. case no. ***. please HELLOPETER I don't know where else to turn.
