FNB keeps taking money from account ********ly

This is my 3rd complained about FNB in just two months. They keep taking money off my account as they wish. Saying #Item paid no funds nonsense!! All transaction do go off and I get notifications from inContact. I'm being ****med by FNB and I'm not going to stand for it. This nonsense has never happened until recently. Why?
