Fnb keeps scaring my name and no one is doing anyting to help

And yet again fnb keeps damaging my credit scoring ignoring my emails phonecalls or any communication

A while back i had my hands full with a company FNB arranged to track me down for debt that was on my name i didnt even know about.They just didnt care call me them selves.Accordingly a lady that im dealing with at FNB never should have closed some accounts of mine in 2015 because there was some active debt still on it but they did and told me nothing that was outstanding.

That debt spireled from R550 to R 1900 .The company that got hold of me after two years told me that this was outstanding so i paid the amount.After a long struggle i got hold of an paid off with this debt company SIGMA also a terrible terrible company the letter and send the papers to the bank itself because they were doing nothing to rectify this at the beuro’s.The bank and i was in a major struggle with each other for a long time to resolve this.

The lady that i worked with at FNB Anzaaf Norodien handeled the case for me and got everything sorted for me and that im very thankful of because this thing was dragging so long and no one seemed to care so my credit scoring plunged again and again

I repeatedly askes if this is all sorted out now is all my debt resolved at this stage with FNB and she said yes all is fine .Up to her knollige all is sorted

To my surprise another R1937 pop up on my credit record from FNB bank this time with a different account number.Till date no one can tell me what this is for what debt this was were it is located who i can phone what should i do.Still my credit scoring keeps plunging and plunging.

Till date my credit scoring has been scared and keep on demising .I have spend so much mony up to date just to get send from one person to another to that person and after hours on the phone they ask me my email adres details so they can follow up on my queries and get back to me but hey who am i fooling ...

FNB is at this stage playing around with my future.I cant buy anything on my name because this reflects that i ow a bank and reflects bad .No body seems to care to help and when u get someone that’s listening they only send a mail and whala nothing happens

I have had it know and asking for help at this stage if this dont work ill be seeking legal help.

This is terrible and if i knew that there was outstanding debt i would never have closed that accounts and settled it and i asked so nice to this lady is all sorted because i was ready and willing to pay all .
